The MainStreet Cruise-In is held on the 4th Saturday of each month April – October. Y’all Festival
Hot Slaw & Art Y’all Festival – April 6, 2024… 12:00 – 8 pm
Hot slaw is a unique side dish or topping not familiar to many menus… UNLESS you are in Cleveland. The mustard, mayo, secret sauce concoction is famous and common around these parts. Celebrate the community’s hot slaw heritage with us! Complete details at hotslawfestival.com.

Market at the Mill – June – August Farmers Market happens at the Old Woolen Mill each Thursday from 3-6 p.m., during the season. Plenty of parking and under the big shade trees. Spaces are free to growers, farmers, artists and makers. Located at 445 Church Street, SE. Presented by MainStreet Cleveland and Cleveland Life.

Block Party
Downtown Halloween Block Party – Oct. 31, – Don’t miss this 35-year downtown tradition complete with tons of Mars chocolate on Treat Street, live music, delicious foods, games, and costume contest. 5-10 p.m.
Live Music
& Performers
Live Music is a downtown tradition at the Block Party and many other events throughout the year. Performers will typically be located at the Courthouse Stage or in First Street Square.

on the Square
Christmas on the Square – This November 23rd event kicks off the holiday season with at day of nostalgia and charm. Don’t miss this FREE afternoon of holiday cheer featuring art and handmade items, shopping at downtown retailers and visits with Santa!

Tree Lighting
Community Tree Lighting – The November 23rd Christmas on the Square day wraps up with the finale being the Community Tree lighting at 6 p.m. This fun, family event takes place at the corner of Broad and First Street.

Christmas Parade – This downtown tradition is a key highlight of the Christmas season. It typically features over 200 floats and other entries and takes place at 6:00 pm on the first Saturday in December.

Membership Meetings
Typically MainStreet Cleveland membership meetings are held on the 4th Monday of each month. At times this schedule will be revised to the 4th Monday to accommodate for holidays and other special situations. We hope you will join us. Visitors are always welcome.
April Membership Meeting – Mark your calendar for the Mainstreet membership luncheon on Monday, April 22, 12pm at the Elks Lodge. Please rsvp by April 19.
